Fitting the hood

Once the motor is in place we can finally fit the hood with the new blower set up we have.  The blower that is on the Lawman now is the closest to the original that Hampton was able to provide that was on the car when it was shown in 1970.  With this we had to cut out about a 1/4 inch for added clearance in the back for the blower and linkage.  This guarantees there is no interference when the engine is under higher RPM’s and torque and moving in the engine compartment.
