The beginning of the Tommy Boy movie presents us with a slightly customized, but immaculate 1967 GTX setting it up for things that will soon follow. The “Day 2” modifications include the raised back end of the car, custom exhaust, and chrome Crager SS wheels among other things.

The photo says it all as viewers are treated to a series of mishaps, accidents and bad mis-fortunes as the duo travel together. We see the once immaculate Plymouth become something very very different with several unforgeable scenes.

After - Today
After many many years being used for various studio projects and music videos the good news is that the Tommy Boy GTX had survived. But years of abuse had taken its toll on the once pristine machine. It finally time to bring this car back to where it all started and preserve this piece of movie history forever.
