Heater box repairs

Some parts on our Tommy Boy project just are not available in good useable condition.  The heater boxes that were installed under the dash were prone to cracking and pieces broken off and any replacement that is out there will have the same issues.  Best solution at this point is to fabricate the missing pieces and fix it so its better than new.  Once completed the heater box will look good as new.  This gives an insight on part of that process.  Once sanded and completed will be impossible to see any of the repair work done.
