Seat Belts

Its hard to remember driving a car without seat belts, but years ago cars were not equipped, or required, to have seat belts.  Auto manufacturers were only required at the start of 1968 to install seat belts in cars and it would be about another 20 years before enforcement laws were created and people were ticketed for not wearing them.

We wanted to make sure this build had them and putting something back in place as original as possible with the correct Chrysler tags and dates.
