Seats After

Seats here now finished and exactly restored as they were originally 50 years ago.  The original ComfortWeave fabric that is in the inserts is a molded plastic on the reproduction seats that are sold today and dont look exactly the same.  We were lucky enough to find and source the exact original material that was used by Ford in 1970 and the exact color (last photo below shows the roll of material).  Perfect match to what was in the car in every way.  The new stitching and thread is exactly the same as it was originally with the same amount of stitching per inch, new seat “buttons” with the woodgrain inserts installed, seat tracks detailed the one broken stud on drivers side repaired.  Ready for another 50 years…..
