Everything is dated coded, almost

Its amazing when you look at all the stampings on a 1970 Mustang where you will find them.  The door striker and latch of course is no exception to this.  Here you can see how clean and preserved the hardware here is.  Trying to be as original as possible and save that original patina the door latch was not replated or modified in any way.  The date code reads July 24 1969.
