Fresh Air
September 4, 2025|
The fresh air ducts on the Lawman are probably the best preserved I have ever seen or come across. Here you can see the gaskets with the original engineering numbers and how they were glued to the vents prior to installation. Typical yellow glue that was used on other areas of the car like the trunk seal and door seals.
Gaskets and vents are marked and meant to be installed only one way. The original screws shown here as well with the correct original finish. Always great to find parts like this to better understand and document how these installations were done. Also note on both ducts that only 5 of the 6 screws were used on each as the 6th location is difficult to reach when in the car.
