Proportioning Valve and Distribution Block

Since the Lawman came with a modified brake system and it uses 4 wheel disc brakes the proportioning valve was not needed for the typcal disc/drum application that all other Mustangs came with.  Shown here is the original unit (before/after) from the car that was hollowed out so that brake fluid flows the same to all 4 wheels.  A one of a kind set up.  The block is dated 258 9, which is the 258th day of 1969, or in normal speak about September 15 1969.
